I have been designing and creating jewelry since 1996, when I was admitted to the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (UMPRUM), the Department of Metal and Jewelry led by Prof. K. V. Novák. During my studies, I explored various artistic techniques and became acquainted with new and innovative technologies. I work with precious metals, titanium, and stainless steel. Through electroplating and powder coating, I introduce vibrant color variations to my pieces. Gilding lends the jewelry a touch of exclusivity, silver plating evokes the dreamlike atmosphere of a winter landscape, while the metallic silver-grey tone of ruthenium enhances each piece with a distinctive allure. I have participated in several exhibitions in the Czech Republic and abroad. At Designblok 2023, I presented my collection Hory přenáším (“Love can Move Mountains”), which was also featured in 2026 at the Muestra jewelry exhibition as part of the Madrid Design Festival. I remain open to any technique. The process always begins with an idea that gradually crystallizes over time. I then refine it with dedication and respect for the craft, striving to achieve its most perfect form. I aim to transcend traditional jewelry-making techniques and am not afraid to push beyond their boundaries.
