| Description | The company 2XA – Dance Shop has been operating on the Czech market for over 13 years and is well known as a specialist in fabrics, rhinestones, and accessories for the production of dance and evening dresses. Within a few months, there was an increase in export orders, especially from Poland and Slovakia. Over the years, the company has built a strong position among customers in the Czech Republic. I created a marketing strategy for entering the Polish and Slovak markets. The company gained valuable insights into the behavior of foreign customers and tested its first marketing channels with positive results. Year-on-year export turnover increased by tens of percent, confirming the potential for further development of the strategy. |
