| Description | The Gymnathlon brand offers an innovative program focused on sports activities for children aged 2.5 to 11 years. Its main idea and philosophy is to build a lifelong positive relationship with sports for children. After their success in the Czech Republic, the owners of Gymnathlon decided to expand their services to international markets. At this stage, they focused on the German market and chose to establish B2B partnerships with German sports institutions, such as fitness centers, sports halls, schools, and gyms, to open sports courses for German children in these selected locations. Therefore, at the beginning of 2024, Gymnathlon approached the B2B foreign development specialists at NK Expand to design a structured approach and effective expansion strategy that would deliver the desired results. Results: 17% increase in course enrollment. Website traffic growth: Active promotion on social media led to a 13% increase in visibility and website traffic for Gymnathlon. Increased awareness: Promotion in 40 Facebook groups and on 10 Facebook pages. Successful localization of campaigns: Posts, translated by native speakers and adapted to the German tone, were successfully placed in all local groups where the sports courses were taking place. |
