I am a multidisciplinary graphic designer with a strong background in visual identities, communication design, and creative coding. I work at the intersection of art, technology, and social themes, creating design solutions that are not only visually compelling but also meaningful. I focus on visual identities, exhibition design, printed publications, motion design, and data visualization (generative design using Processing). I studied graphic design in a bachelor's program at FDU ZČU and completed my MA at FUD UJEP in 2024. My diploma project received awards in international competitions and was exhibited across the Czech Republic and abroad.

| Description | In this project, I explored creative coding as a tool for graphic design. The outcome is a series of motion posters forming a digital garden of endangered plant species in the Czech Republic. Using algorithmic visuals created entirely with code on the Processing.org platform (creative coding), the project connects the growth and adaptability of code with that of plants. Like living organisms, code responds to change — and in this case, it virtually preserves plants as a response to their extinction in the real world. Digital technologies can thus offer an alternative way of preserving endangered species. The installation consists of six posters reflecting three levels of endangerment of plant species in the Czech Republic. The project also demonstrates how programming can serve as a means of expression in graphic design. Creative coding expands traditional approaches to visuality and enables the creation of interactive or generative outputs that respond to data, movement, or time. Visual design thus gains a new dimension — dynamic, evolving, and often autonomous. This opens up new possibilities not only for artistic creation but also for communication design, education, and conveying complex topics through visualization. |
