Description	Bidfood is the organizer of the annual and largest gastronomic event for the professional public. The competition once again brought together the best chefs and confectioners in the Czech Republic. We would like to thank the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic, z.s. for the opportunity to design 5 winning trophies for 5 categories. The trophies formally resemble the archetype of a cup, which contains motifs of ingredients typical of the given field. They are made of several layers of hand-blown glass and stainless steel elements, the motifs are hand-drawn and sandblasted into the glass. The colors of the trophies also refer to the given field. The production of all 5 trophies itself took 3 months. It all started with the production of beech molds for glass blowing and the actual blowing of 19 glasses, some of which were blown 3 times due to standard reject rates. All the glass was then taken into the experienced hands of Adéla Lakomá, AKA Dosena, who ground, drilled, polished and sandblasted the motifs we had drawn into the glass. Everything turned out perfect. At the same time, Anton Vadovič, our in-house metalworker, produced all the stainless steel elements in his workshop. There were a total of 36 stainless steel parts from which the bases and pads were made.
