Project	TRADITION competition inventory

Description	In 2022, we designed a competition inventory on the theme of tradition for the National Team of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of the AKC Czech Republic. We chose materials, namely wood and porcelain, which have a great tradition in the Czech Republic. The team used this inventory to present competition dishes in Luxembourg at the 2022 World Cup in the discipline called Chefs table. At that time, they took home a perfect bronze from the competition. Since then, we have slightly fine-tuned the entire inventory and the team presented its skills on it again in early February at the IKA Culinary Olympics 2024, where they won 2 silver medals. One is again from the discipline called Chefs table and we are very grateful that we were able to participate in this success. Comment from team manager Tomáš Popp on the great success at the World Championships in Lyon, France: "These are the team's greatest achievements in its 30-year existence!
